![]() ![]() Please, r/Steam_Link, you're my only hope. I was wondering if this is because Rayman Origins doesnt support newer controllers. However, out of nowhere, some of my games just wont detect my controller even though the computer says the controller is just fine and it works with other games as well as other computers. The controller works normally for other games. If you try and re-assign inputs to the other controllers it won't even recognise you pushing the buttons. I use a wireless xbox360 controller with a wireless receiver and so far its been working well. I've further tried connecting 2x360 and 2xPS4 controllers at the same time, and what happens is one controller will work (usually the player 2) and the other 3 will be entirely unresponsive other than their dpad and start buttons. Afaik Uplay doesn't even launch when I open the game via Steam but there is something very odd with the way game is receiving control inputs versus other titles. What's Ubisoft's stance on the project Nobody knows. Once you setup the 2nd controller's controls in the options area, it should say '2-stick left, 2-stick right, etc' then you are good to go. What engine does the game use Game Maker. If you're like me and tried to sync 2nd controller via Steam Link, you have to connect controllers to PC first, wired (didn't test wireless). I've tried using Steam Beta client, reinstalling the game, resetting all controls to default, and every other fix I have managed to find via Google. What is Rayman Redemption Rayman Redemption is a fangame reimagination of the original Rayman game from 1995. I thought perhaps if I used 2 PS4 controllers this would remedy it, but no the same problem persists in that the game can't distinguish between the controllers and almost combines the inputs.Īfter messing around with I, again, got it working, but only for a day before the (wired) 360 controller stopped being recognized again. ![]() This worked for a while until again any 360 controllers that were connected stopped being recognized. This stopped working for whatever reason, so I started using a 360 and a PS4 controller. How to Install Mods for Rayman Legends & Origins (PC Tutorial) ICUP321 3.04K subscribers Subscribe 6K views 1 year ago It's finally here, sorry for taking so long to make a tutorial video. Having played many PC games growing up, I actually have more than one preferred layout, and use. Most PC games allow the keyboard controls to be customized in the Rayman series, Rayman 2 and Rayman M are the exceptions, and for the former at least there is a hacked DLL patch available. It seems to think whatever controller is connected first is a keyboard/mouse and only the D-Pad and Start button are responsive. In particular, preferred key configuration tends to vary. My Steam Link works fine for other co-op games (have tested with Resident Evil 6) but for some reason, Rayman Legends is very temperamental.Īt first, I managed to get it working with 2 360 controllers, but to do this I had to connect 3 controllers.
